These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 77d ("77d", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 77d website located at 77d.vin and all games, products, promotional offers, and services available through it. By accessing the 77d platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 77d platform.

77d reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. To register and maintain an active account on 77d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing 77d on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or agent of 77d, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 77d for violations of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one active account on 77d. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent a self-exclusion, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses held across those accounts.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. 77d may require you to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered Bangladesh mobile number via OTP verification.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., confirmation of the bKash or Nagad account linked to your 77d account).
• A selfie or live photo where required for KYC compliance.

77d accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 77d does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person or from business accounts. The minimum deposit is ৳100. 77d does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise approved by 77d support.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon a withdrawal request where the wagering requirement remains unmet.
• 77d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a stated threshold.

77d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term prevails.

The following general conditions apply to all 77d bonuses unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• 77d reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim a bonus where it suspects the bonus has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses expire if the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the time window specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

All games available on the 77d platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules and paytable as published by the relevant provider. 77d does not modify game outcomes. RTP (return to player) percentages are determined by the game provider and cannot be altered by 77d or by individual players.

In the event of a technical fault, system error, or network disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game provider's server records. 77d is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues or hardware failures. If a game round result is disputed, the player must contact 77d support within 48 hours of the relevant game round and provide the relevant game round reference number. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77d platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of all account funds:

• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to access or interact with the 77d platform in a manner not available to other players through normal use.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in game software.
• Using funds derived from unlawful activities to make deposits or wagers on the 77d platform (money laundering).
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage.
• Attempting to exploit errors in software, incorrect odds, or system malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.

77d actively monitors accounts for the above activities using automated fraud detection and manual review. Any detected violation may result in account closure, withholding of funds pending investigation, and notification of relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

All content on the 77d platform, including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials, is the property of 77d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77d platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 77d content without express written permission from 77d.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the 77d platform or any content, game, or service available through it, including losses of winnings, profits, data, or goodwill.

77d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect platform availability. 77d will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance. 77d is not responsible for losses resulting from platform unavailability where such unavailability was outside 77d's reasonable control.

77d enforces a strict no-underage-play policy. If 77d becomes aware that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds will be held pending verification, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms, including 77d.

77d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) you have violated any provision of these Terms; (b) 77d suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity on or through your account; (c) 77d is required to do so by applicable law or by the instruction of a relevant authority; or (d) your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and holds a zero balance.

You may close your 77d account at any time by contacting 77d support. Upon closure at your request and subject to completed KYC verification, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard processing window applicable to that method. 77d will not process a withdrawal of funds that are under investigation at the time of the closure request.

77d may amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page and take effect from the date of publication. Where the amendment is material, 77d will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the 77d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 above.
